摘 要：兼职对于大学生未来的就业和创业具有重要影响，能够为大学生的职业生涯打下良好的基础。目前，相当比例的大学生正在兼职或有过兼职经历，但是大学生在兼职过程中遇到了一些需要值得关注的问题和困难。这些困难既有来自大学生自身方面的，也有来自外部环境方面的。解决大学生兼职难中存在的困难，有赖于大学生自身优势的发掘以及社会支持系统的完善。
