【摘 要】 针对财政支出结构中各个项目于经济增长的关系进行研究。以黑龙江省1990-2008年的财政支出的各个项目与GDP等数据为研究对象，通过协整分析与格兰杰因果检验，得出黑龙江省财政支出各项目与GDP间的长期稳定的均衡关系。
Abstract ： According to the relationship among various projects to the economic growth in financial expenditure structure， the paper does the research. It's about the empirical study from the example in Heilongjiang province.
