摘 要：光绪十二年（1886），孙诒让开始接触西方先进的科学文明与政治思想。嗣后，痛国事阽危更进一步讲求新学，多方搜集有关时务政书，著《周礼政要》主张普及教育，力图开通民智，革新政治，以挽救国家民族于危亡。
Abstract:In 1886，the twelfth year after Guangxu became the emperor of China，Sunyirang began to touch western advanced scientific cultureand political thoughts. After that，Tong Guo Shi Zhan Wei put forwardthe study to New School. After collecting and reading many politicalbooks，he composed the book political principles of Zhou Dynasty，with aims to improve people's wisdom，innovate political reforms to savethe country from national peril.
